I have a child working on a project about sleep apnea in her science class. I have found lots of helpful info on line about it. One question that she has to answer on  how can i stop snoring?. I have searched that sleep apnea symptoms is in need to use various snoring mouthpiece products such as nose dilator, nasel strips & nose spray.
